Abstinence-

Abstinence has proven to be the most effective birth control method there is. It has 100% accuracy. Abstineces is when you don't have sex or abstain from having sexual intercourse. Abstinence doesn't mean you stop from having any physical contact it just means you choose not to have intercourse. By being abstinent you gain the respect and trust from your parents and from peers. You also aren't in danger of getting infected with any STD's, getting pregnant or inpregnating someone.

Condoms-

Condoms come in three different types. Latex, Natural Skin, and Polyurethene. They can be found in any drugstore.

Latex has been proven to be the most effective. Sperm very rarely has been proven to get through a latex condom! Latex condoms help prevent HIV and other STD's. Latex will break if used with oil based lubricants so they should only be used with lubricants that are water based.

Natural Skin condoms do not protect you from HIV or STD's. These condoms have tiny pores and this makes it easy for thing to pass through.

Polyuethrene condoms are not made of latex. These condoms are made of plastic material. They are the only type of condom that can be used with both oil based and water based lubricants. They are also thinner and more sensitive. It is not known if they protect youf from HIV and/or STD's. So stick with latex.

Morning After Pill-

The Morning After Pill is mostly used when a girl is raped. It prevents a girl from becoming pregnant. Once a woman takes The Morning After Pill it enters the uterus and kills the egg she ovulated if one was produced. This kills the egg that the man's sperm could've produced. This is the best method of Birth Control when a woman is raped. It is 100% effective.You can go to your doctors office or any other Medical Clinic.
