The Marin City Blast is coached by Steve, Richard, and Paul. We used to be called Team Nike and have been together for three years. The first year we were just getting situated however, the second year was one to remember. We were one of the best teams in the county. We went undefeated all season. The third year (this year) we've played hard and worked well together, for the most part. Like any other team there were some difficulties between the teammates however, when Paul showed up all jokes were put aside. He really toughened up on us. He introduced us to some college drills, from his personal experience, such as: Gasers, Yellow Jackets, The Weave, Iron Curtain, and Py-lines.

I was elected to be team captain. As team captain my duties are: telling the coach the team's needs, suggestions on drills, look out for the teammates if they are injured, and make sure the referee is making the right calls. I am team captain because I have the most experience out of all the players on the team,also a referee,and assistant coach. I am the lead player on the team.
